We had Raul landscape our backyard. The work was done in a timely manner but he rarely returns calls or text to address follow up issues. I notified him about a tree that needed to be re-staked but he didn't respond until after the tree snapped. He came out and taped it but it ultimately died. I asked him to replace the tree but he refused to do so. He was also supposed to return to place sand between the papers that he installed but he never returned to do that despite numerous attempts to contact him. Other neighbors that have used Raul have also expressed their frustration over his unwillingness to return calls and texts.
