I paid several hundred dollars for some work to be done on my sprinkler lines. The problems were not fixed, and they have not returned my calls.
Edit; they came out twice and were paid in June of 2023. The second time was because I called back after they were "done" the first time to ask when the rest would be fixed. The work was never completed. They didn't fix the fountain, and said "I'm not an electrician" and they fixed a few of the sprinklers but not all of them, didn't fix the irrigation in the tree line, and DID leave trash all over my yard despite my asking them to pick up the little plastic pieces so my toddler and dog wouldn't. I've called almost a dozen times since then, my most recent call leaving a voicemail was 02/13 at 10AM.

They have been taking care of my house for 3 years now I have no problems I can call him and ask him if I need something special done they do it they'll be here as long as I am

Hot Dessrt Landscaping was very responsivee including on a friday. They were great about making sure we didnt do unnecessary work.
