      image Have used state farm for over 30 years. Moved from Oregon and shifted insurance to Joe Sladek. Been with him about 2 1/2 years and no problem but now we have 30% rate increases and his staff says call corporate because they have other calls to take. Goodbye Joe !

      Tracy, sorry that your rate increased...but every customer in the state had the same rate increase. Our corporate office does determine the rates set by every state and unfortunately we can't control those rates locally.
