Im a Farmers agent in California and I called this agency for help on my dads place. Rhonda was amazing! She helped me get a policy with such ease. She is very good at what she does. I have been doing insurance for 25 years and know how hard it can be and she made the process go so smoothly. I highly recommend this agency and Rhonda!

I decided to go with this agency. I guess that's my vote. I called and talked to Chad one day. He said he'd put together a quote for me and when I called the next day to talk with Danielle (she'd been recommended to me by a friend) she had a quote ready for me. I went to the office, she explained things perfectly, we made some adjustments and I now have homeowners insurance on six rental. I feel so much better with it taken care of.

Danielle is a superstar. Passionate about her career and takes amazing care of her clients. I would recommend Chad Goins agency to anybody because of the stellar service I received from the front desk. I would rate 6 stars if I could.

We have received absolutely amazing care from the staff here! To say it is good 'customer service' would be an understatement! My husband and I have gone through this office a long time for our personal insurance needs, and all the ladies who've helped us have been friendly, efficient, and very easy to work with. It is because of this that I recommended them to an elderly widow who was hesitant to trust any insurance company. When I took her into the office, Rhonda not only provided the amazing service that I've come to expect from the ladies there (which had already surpassed my past experiences with other insurance companies), but she also showed true compassion with comforting words and actions that came strait from the heart. It is clear that she cares about people, not just policies. The great rates they offer caused me to become a farmers customer years ago, but the main thing that separates this office from other agencies is the heart shown by wonderful ladies like Rhonda. It is because of this that I would strongly recommend them!
