Let me start by saying how much I appreciate J&T Cleaning. We moved in on Saturday and it was a disaster! They came out first thing Sunday morning and helped tackle the major issues such as bathrooms, kitchen, and all appliances. Knowing I had a clean fridge to place food or even a clean oven to make pizza was so important to me and they really came through and cleaned EVERYTHING out. I felt so bad for the mess I didnt even make but they were so nice and professional about it. The communication with them was what really impressed me the most. If I had to interrupt while they were cleaning to show them something I missed, they were extremely nice about it and just very attentive to what my concerns were.
I wish I hired them for the whole disaster house, but I appreciate and cherish them too much to do that to them. Once we're moved in and settled a bit more, I will definitely be reaching out to schedule them for monthly cleanings. I couldn't imagine letting someone in I don't trust to clean my home regularly but after that first visit, I trust them full-heartedly and cant wait to have them back.
