Las Vegas Tile and Grout Cleaning

Excellent job! We had the whole house retiled and after the installers cleaned, I cleaned, a cleaning crew cleaned the floors were still dusty and stuff was coming up on our feet. Michael from Las Vegas Tile and Grout Cleaning promptly showed up, educated me on my specific type of flooring and how to maintain it. He then cleaned it thoroughly and put a final sealer on it which gives it a nice clean shine. We're very happy with the floors and I'd highly recommend Michael and his team to anyone.

Complete waste of money. I spent almost $500 to have my shower tile and grout cleaned and it looked the same as before. The owner Michael Marcus just kept saying that the price is justified because of the equipment he uses. But I told him the shower looked exactly the same and that seemed to make no difference to him. Absolutely horrible, do not waste your time or your money. The photos Ive attached are the after pics, which you can see the shower is still extremely dirty.

I have used Michaels tile and grout cleaning on a routine basis. I use the home for rental purposes, and get a lot of foot traffic in kitchen, foyer, family and dining rooms, and therefore like to have the tile cleaned every quarter. Michael responded within minutes and even accepted my request for same day appointment. He also provided tips on proper tile maintenance between cleanings. I called Michael about cleaning my tile and grout hoping he may be able to come over within the next week or so for an estimate. He answered the phone himself and said he was just finishing a job, but he could come over in about 45 minutes to give me an estimate. If we agreed on a price, he said he could do the job the same day and be done in about two hours. True to his word, he was at my house within the hour, we agreed upon scope of work and price, and my floor looked like new less than two hours later. Michael was very professional and the tile and grout never looked better. None of the other tile cleaning companies even called me back, but Michael went above and beyond to get my floor cleaned that day. That was very important to me as I work full time and this all happened on a Saturday very happily and unexpectedly. I highly recommend calling Michael for your tile and grout needs.
