EDIT: YES I UNDERSTAND THAT, what I’m saying is…I check if other people are scheduled for that session & if there is I CANCEL & find another session. I do this so I don’t have to be with anyone else. There are people who don’t have reservations just walking in whatever room they want. Thanks for responding though! . . . . . . I reserve a room so I know I’m the only one in it. Today I preheated my sauna & went to HIIT & came back to someone else in my hot sauna at MY designated time. Fine. So I turned on another & when it’s heated some girl walks right into it without saying anything. Decide to go into another & spent 20 minutes of my workout in a cold room. Why would I want to share one with a sweaty stranger in a pandemic? What’s the point of making reservations if you have people running in & out of reserved saunas whenever they feel like it? Regretting my membership.

I signed up and got a good monthly deal. It is too far for me to go though and I explained that to them when I wanted to cancel my membership. I thought I could take it work but it wasn't. It was past 60 days when I tried to cancel, so they wanted to charge a $99 cancellation fee. Save your money. I am stuck paying now for the rest of the contract. You can put a hold on your membership for $9. a month. Really?I worked for several yoga studios and we never charged to hold memberships. It is not a good business practice especially at that price. I recently had surgery and no working out for 5 weeks. I did not bother to call them to put a hold on it since they would l charge for it anyway. I don't know if I will even go back at this point with the cost of gas it’s not worth it for a senior citizen. I could give zero stars I would. Not a very compassionate group.If someone is that unhappy I think they should at least accommodate a little especially when they see you are not using the facility. The virtual instructors are the same and only changed every 3 weeks. I was bored by my third class. Variety is key to keeping workouts interesting. The gym is a great idea, but it did not work for me I do like the infrared as well. I use infrared at home and it really does help.

Hotworx has been such an amazing experience. I have been attending for almost a year and I am loving the results. Tiffany and Ken are such amazing owners and all the staff are such loving and welcoming at all times.

This place is amazing!! I’ve tried all sorts of gyms and this one by far meets all my criteria and expectations of what I want in a work out. I can come 24hours and have 10 types of classes to choose from! I’m so excited I found this place!
