This is the best place. All women, working together to look their best. Working out has always been so hard for me. I do not like waking up early, jumping around or sweating excessively but this wonderful gym makes my exercise journey not only worth it but enjoyable. I highly recommend group classes for anyone looking to get into an active routine that likes variety and consistency. Private sessions are also amazing if you need a bit of an extra push.

Ive tried many gyms and its been hard to find one I truly felt comfortable at. Bikini fitness has the best trainers that push you to really meet the goals you set for yourself and keep you accountable. Since joining Ive lost 30lbs! I feel healthy and confident in my own skin again. Lots of love for this team.

I spontaneously decided to join a 6-Week Challenge at Bikini Fitness because I was looking for a challenge AND a change when it came to my health and body. Kim and the rest of the Bikini Fitness team made sure that I got both! I was fine with myself before, but I wanted to see how seriously I could diet and exercise. Even though I was new to learning anything nutrition or fitness-related, they answered all my questions and made sure I got the progress I wanted to see. I will always recommend working with Bikini Fitness!
