        Everyone at BM is very professional and courteous. Showed up on time and quickly replaced sliding window panel. Melissa is great as well as all of the installers. Especially Clay. Thank you! Def recommend!

        We had an appointment for a warranty repair of a previously installed sliding glass door. THEY NEVER SHOWED, NO CALL. Waited for 4 hours.. Tried to call them but like the other times before, call went to voicemail but their mailbox is full. Its been full the 3 different times I called. If he wasnt for a warranty workI would not have gone with this company. Save yourselves a headache and dont even go to this company to begin with. Gave them one star because thats as low as Im allowed, it wouldve been zero. Service: General door repair
