From the initial consultation to install, Energy One was great to work with! Communication was clear throughout the process, the installers were courteous and efficient. There is no more draft coming in through the windows and we love the option of top to bottom opening. Highly recommended!

What an amazing job!!! First was the sales pitch which was easy and smooth, sadly I'd been looking for a while and had to stop the pitch 'cause the price was great. When the installers showed up, they explained exactly what needed to be done, showed me the process and got started! All in all, a great experience and would recommend them to anyone!!

They picked the right time to knock on our door. We were still in the mode of making improvements (new roof, solar, HVAC, pool equipment, etc.) and had just been discussing new windows in light of the recent new windows we had seen in our neighbor's house just two doors down. They had an Energy One sign in their yard, and so when the company representative knocked on our door I wasn't at all bothered by the solicitation (for once). Plus the person was very polite.
We set up a time to have a salesperson show us samples, and we ultimately ended up buying (at their recommendation) the same type and even color of the windows in our neighbor's house. Double pane, argon filled, with triple-ply vinyl framing. They are manufactured by a company called Alside and come with a limited lifetime warranty. We did the entire house (all 38 windows) for about 60% of what Andersen would have charged us.
The manufacturing lead time ran about a week over (8 weeks projected, 9 actual), but given supply constraints mid 2020 it was very acceptable. They said 3 days to finish, and that's exactly how long it took. They had the wrong glass (not the "rain" glass we selected for privacy) on one bathroom window, and a replacement was ordered the same day we noticed the discrepancy. The replacement panels, like all of the vertical sliding windows, was effectively snap-in and arrived about 8 weeks later (same lead time as the original order). The vertical sliding windows are almost "hinged" and can be opened inward for easy cleaning. Every window was a perfect fit, and they all open and close perfectly. The seal around the windows was expertly done and is nearly invisible. They do have a border around them, and they do fit inside the original window framing, so you give up about 1" of window all the way around. The glass quality is amazing, and with the vastly improved UV protection we don't even need the old reflective mirror tinting that was there when we bought the house (see pics - and note that tinting was bubbling and cracking everywhere!).
The project manager and staff were all incredibly professional, and they all clearly cared very much about the quality of their work. There wasn't so much as a loose nail or trim piece on our property when they were done. The windows give our 1990 home a much more modern look, omitting the "lattice" (grid) which is still so common in Vegas. We could not be happier with our windows! I would encourage at least a conversation with Energy One to see if they can beat the prices offered by Andersen or frankly any other competitor.
I'll have to get a better "after" photo when the grass isn't so dead, and probably earlier in the day so you can see them better. The house is the best looking one in our neighborhood now. Yes, I'm probably a little biased there... Call these folks. I'm positive they'll do a great job for you!

Love my Energy One windows and patio doors! The order process was quick and easy. The timeframe to complete the job was reasonable. The installation was fantastic. The windows and doors are high quality and help keep my house a comfortable temperature. I definitely recommend Energy One for window and door replacement.
