Dont hire this company. I got my windows install in September and they made a mess in my house. One of the windows is got a scratch. I mede two diferente appointment to get the window replace and both time no one shows up or call me. Today is January 20 and still havent got my window

Universal Solar did a wonderful job with my solar project. From the day they visited us to discuss getting solar, through out the entire project and even following up afterwards. I would recommend them to anyone who wants solar.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! If there was less stars I would give them. We agreed on to put on 12 windows and they didnt measure right. They had a guy come out and measure our windows and he didnt measure them of correctly. He was off by 10 INCHES!!! How? And the day of installation they had guys who looked like they just got of prison with no company logos whatsoever on their shirts. They installed 10 windows. To make matters worse we told the owner we werent going pay the full amount until you have all 12 windows and she threatened to put a lien on our house on their MISTAKE!. Terrible customer service, I hope this company fails in the future. Terrible Service: Pre-made windows
