Ecowater Reverse Osmosis & Water Softener Systems

A few days before Christmas, our older water softener died. No water in the house, no flushing, cleaning, etc. We went to Eco Water and Travis and Bryan took very good care of us. A family run business with empathy for the customer. Bryan made phone calls and found that a softener could be installed the next day. With some luck, an opening showed up today and our new softener is now installed and operating. Travis followed up with a phone call to see that everything was done to our satisfaction....which it was. Great local company that we will refer to everyone .

Mike Diaz came out to do annual maintenance to our ECO water system. He was extremely nice, professional, and courteous. He found a minor problem with our system and immediately fixed it. We hope to see Mike again.

Scheduling, installation was easy and done in a timely manner. Travis came to the house and explained what the system offered. Very articulate, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Very pleased with the whole process. Backed by Costco, what more do you really need? Gave us extra confidence.
