        This is a 6-month update since getting a water softening system with RainwaterLV. The system is still running well, I had no issues yet. I had an extremely pleasant setup experience speaking with Nikki over phone/email. I had to delay the installation process a week due to the new build not being completed on promised due date. Nikki gladly rescheduled me and also said they were open to more reschedules if the timeline was not met again. Loved working with RainofLV with their transparency in pricing and estimations as well. They also have salt delivery which may be helpful to people unable to carry 40-50 pound bags. Very happy I chose this place!

        Rain Water Conditioning of Las Vegas is fantastic! I talked to Nikki on the phone and she was very nice and spent the time explaining the water softening equipments. I called her back with more questions. Nikki sent me pictures and costs of the various systems and I also asked for information for the reverse osmosis system. After reading the great reviews, I requested to have Wyatt put in my system and I was lucky enough to get him. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything to me. He had time to also put in the reverse osmosis system. He drilled a hole in my granite and set up the whole system. I must commend both Nikki and Wyatt for outstanding customer service. I am very pleased. My niece also had Rain put in her water softerner. Thank you so much Rain!
