Was window shopping for a new time piece when johnny called me over and introduced himself and started letting me know all about the watches i had questions about, very informative and polite! Didn't end up purchasing anything this trip but i was so blown away by his customer service i had to leave a review.

I randomly stopped by Omega at the Wynn to look at watches while we were visiting Las Vegas. Johnny K. walked my wife and I through the details of the Speedmaster, history and specs of the current model. There was no pressure selling, just admiration for good time pieces. It was a great experience and one that left an impression. Four months later I went back and bought the model I wanted. I plan to purchase more with his guidance.

Hamid has been my go-to guy at Omega. Not only is he knowledgable about watches and the offerings at Omega, he is also extremely friendly, personable, and someone I just enjoy talking to. He has helped my dad buy his first Speedmaster and myself with recently acquiring a bracelet for my Speedmaster. I'd highly recommend him to anyone with interest in Omega timepieces.
