A few months back, I stopped in to have my bracelet fixed. Their designs are unique, & you definitely can't find them at most other stores. Such fun!  The husband & wife owners were extremely helpful in a non-pushy manner, which I truly appreciated. Even if you don't buy anything, their designs are so fun to drool over, so treat yourself to trip to TeNo...

I have rarely had such a helpful and consumer friendly interaction with a retail establishment as I did today with Sherri, the manager of Universal Watch. In all ways she did whatever was necessary to make sure that I was happy with the outcome of our little issue. It was solved in no time with her great assistance. And throughout our multiple discussions, it was plain that she was really sincere in her focus on customer satisfaction. You really owe it to yourself to go to their shop and meet her to see for yourself how all other people in the retail sector should act with their customers. And, by the way, their mens and womens watches are beautiful. I've purchased two watches from them and would continue to buy from them in the future whenever the need arises.Sherri is most certainly there for her customers 100%.
