I called the Las Vegas, Nevada location on 2/12/2016 to see if your store carried the butterfly sweet 16 charm and your worker Kelsie said your store did and put it on hold for me. She was so sweet on the phone and displayed amazing customer service. I ended up going the same day to pick it up. Unfortunately, I can't say the same thing about Kelsie, that I say about the two employees that were working the floor. They both had the worst attitude I have seen in a long time. They didn't even say hello when I walked in and one of the associates didn't even smile or nothing. It was as if they didn't even want to be working there. As an employee of a jewelry store, I would think they would be suggestive selling and ask questions, but that might have been a little to much for these two workers. It took me awhile to find the store; 2 hours to be exact, and to get cold treatment the way I did, I am rethinking if I will ever step foot in a Links of London store again.

I love the brand, Links of London makes beautiful, luxury jewellery pieces. I especially like the Friendship and Sweetie Bracelets. They are iconic items that are unique. The service is outstanding and professional.
