What an excellent experience at this store. I was treated like royalty, Joel was detailed, knows his watches and history of each watch like the back of his hand! Gave us champagne while we shopped and did not rush my decision or influence it in anyway. I was on a time crunch to leave for my flight and he was quick and efficient but explained everything in detail for me. After sales experience was superb and never like anything else, I thought my new watch bezel was scratched but didn't realize there was a super tight plastic wrap over it. Calling Joel at a restaurant outside of the strip, instead of him telling me what to do, he drove out to me immediately to resolve the issue no questions asked. I will buy from Joel and this Boutique for all my future Omega purchases! Oh and I ended up getting the 2022 Winter Olympic Seamaster.

Absolutely wonderful experience here. Came in to buy a strap and clasp for my Omega DeVille Prestige and was treated like a king. They cleaned and pressure tested my watch as a courtesy and I walked out happy with a fantastic leather strap with deployant clasp on a shiny clean watch.
