Allegiant is NOT a good airline. After my experience on July 5, 2015 everyone who was planning to come home, were disappointed when the flight was canceled, and was rescheduled for the next day. There was no good service nor good communication. They need more training with customers. The counter clerk who worked for Allegiant, announced that they would give everyone on the flight, $100.00.

Sunday morning, September 14th, 2014 I logged into the Allegiant website with my username and password to print our boarding tickets. I clicked on the “Check-in” tab, and selected to check in under the actions column. The next page, I received a “We’re sorry…” message. Since I was not able to login, due to a website error, I printed the screen capture and brought it with me to the Youngstown ticket counter. At the Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport ticket counter, the ticket agent had to get the supervisor to assist. The supervisor reviewed my printed screen shots where I proved the system would not let me in. During this discussion he was rude, disrespectful, tells me the check-in fee would not be waived and coerced me to pay $15 if we wanted to travel back home. I sent a complaint to customer relations outlining how I was treated. Two months later they sent back a template response, that this was their policy. This is a horrible business practice, and my family and extended family will never be flying this airline again.
