They are Scammers! HORRIBLE travel agency!! Horrible customer service. Was hung up on, while trying to cancel a reservation. Needless to say i feel like I've been robbed. How can someone cancel before the month is up if the rude agents are hanging up on people and not giving a clear intelligent and sincere reply. They do not honor their policies. Avoid this company!

Misleading They offer you three nights "Free" However, comes with a lot of strings attach; that are they constantly calling yot and ssking for your ingp To make sure you have enough money so they can screw you with a time share. Once I realized you're not a candidate or do not plan to purchase , they cancel your reservations or they make excuses to cancel your reservations.

Super unprofessional, rude and unorganized. Even their managers are very rude and unprofessional. Super scared to actually book the vacation.

They hoodwinked me with a package. Didn't tell me about a meeting that I had to attend which requires you to have a major credit card which I don't have. I tried to get money back within the 30 day limit. It's almost 2 years since I been trying to get my money back. And they are trying to use that 30 day limit for refund
