Had a 3pm appointment even came early saw no one I called and was told they are running late! Ok understandable? But by the time she showed up or was 320pm. And all she says is "I had a rough day" really? That's not how you treat customers! Customers don't care about your day! You are providing a paid service and it doesn't include your feelings! That may sound harsh but the reality is providing guest satisfaction means being selfless! It's not about you! If you don't want to serve people be a shoe maker! Such BS service!

I had some concern about my transcript for my mortgage application, She explained to me very detail about my concern PLUS after she checked my transcripts, she told me I could save so much money for a tax return and explained how, I had used 2 accountants in the past and they never mentioned about this also didn't make any difference then I filed my self, that's why I have been doing my tax my self, but I'm so glad I spoke to her!
