Very prompt service, Everyone I have worked with, spoken with, asked for help have been very easy to work with,. I have gotten very thorough tax returns without any complications and all of the work has been very quickly. I've been a client for 3 tax seasons already and I know my situation is a bit different, but every single year, BTAX and their employees have to be chased to return a call or email or provide a document. If you liek to get things done at the 11th hour, theyre your people, but if you're like me and don't liek to procrastinate, then look elsewhere. I was referred to them by Nevada corporate headquarters, who only raves about them despite my constant troubles. I'm going through a contentious divorce and they allowed my ex to tell them a lie about their being a court order filing jointly despite their not existing such a document. I did not file within the deadline and I still need to request the supporting documents multiple times. Needless to say, I will not be using them again for 2023/s filing.

I started using BTS a few years ago when my tax returns got extremely complicated with multiple real estate transactions, rental properties, and various businesses. Whatever I throw at them, they rise to the challenge. The constant communication between BTS (Ryan), our bookkeeper, and myself to ensure all the information is correctly understood to maximize our write-offs, helps reduce stress when dealing with tax returns.
