I am so frustrated and had a similar problem as Ryan, who commented a year ago. I just moved to this area and I needed to look for a place to get dress measurements for a bridesmaid dress that I have to order online. The couple refused to do the measurements for me--I of course offered to pay them for their service! I don't understand. They had no one else in there to help and it wouldn't have taken long. In addition, I will of course need other types of alterations in the future, and I would've used them for future business if they had helped me. Their English was limited, which also made it difficult for us to communicate and made it difficult for them to provide good customer service.

I had pants hemmed, but one side flared out like a bell bottom while the other side was straight. They claim it is how the pants were made. It that is the case, shouldn't the other side have turned out the same? They didn't even offer to look at it to see if they would consider correcting it without charge. The outlook was, more money for more work, even if it was to correct "un-expert work". .. And they insist on payment first. The impact of a negative review far outweighs $10 of labor. Just goes to demonstrate an unintelligent and non customer orientated approach to business.

excellent customer service! the tailoring was done to perfection... I was definitely impressed... I brought one new suit there for alterations as a feeling out process.... I am now bringing back 3 more suits to have them do those..... definitely a great place!
