Eldorado $3.50 Cleaners #9

POOR JOB ON ALTERNATIONS, BAD TEMPER. The SLACKS LOOK LIKE AN AMATEUR HAD WORKED ON THEM and I'm ashamed to wear them. See the attached photos that show the SEAMS down the side of each leg ARE CROOKED AND BUCKED UP LIKE SOMEONE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO WORK THE SEWING MACHINE. Also, when I dropped off the slacks for alteration, an attendant promised the alterations on my slacks would be done by noon on Friday so I could wear them to a party that evening. I called Friday morning and the attendant said she was told (by a man) to say the slacks would not be ready until Saturday. I told the assistant that since the slacks would not be ready by noon to "Tell him he had better do an excellent job on the alterations or it would be reflected in a Google review." Later he calls me and BERATED ME ANGRILY. Tells me to pick up the slacks at 1:30 that afternoon. He went ON AND ON AND ON criticizing me and saying he did not care what was said about him on Google. Told me to never use his business again. I did not ask him to correct the unsightly seams out of concern he might vent his anger on my slacks in a worse manner. Service: Alterations

I can't believe these people charged me $10 to fix the pants loop. The way they sew it, my five-year-old could do, and even better! And on top of that, I dropped the pants on Friday, and they told me to come back on Wednesday. And guess what? I came back on Wednesday, and the pants weren't ready! Awful, awful service!

I brought in a coat to get cleaned that my friend let me borrow for a Halloween costume. Its a cruella deville looking coat. I dropped it off on Friday 10/23 to ensure I could have it for a party on Friday 10/30. I have brought clothes here before and I never had an issue. The guy I dropped it off with was very sweet and charged me $12. He told me it would be ready Tuesday. I then receive a phone call on Tuesday that my coat is real fur and it was going to be $55 to clean it. He told me he could have it ready Friday. This is why Im annoyed. I worked a job 8-5 pm everyday but Tuesday and Wednesday. I already have work Friday during the day. When I was told Tuesday I was happy because that meant I wouldnt be rushing to pick it up. If they rang up the coat at the wrong price (not my fault) then why wouldnt you call Monday to let the customer know? So instead I had to go out of my way to be told the coat was fur, then asked if it gets cleaned at the $55 price if it was liable on them and he said no. I thought it was the cleaners job to be able to tell you how your garments need to be cleaned and ensure that they are cleaned correctly. Then he was very rude when I told him I would rather take it somewhere else. (At this point I was worried about it getting damaged since it was not mine.) Then he tells me no where else will be able to do it by Friday, says good in response to me taking it somewhere else. I walked outside and took a picture of the front of the store for a review and he took a picture of me in my car. I then went to the $1.98 cleaners on warm springs and Durango and the lady was super sweet, charged me half that price, then told me she would have it ready by Friday. I will never go back to eldorado. The owner is completely unprofessional and rude.

Excellent Service! They clean our band uniforms, dresses, tuxedos and do our alterations. They are fantastic! The work is quality and the service is even better. The prices are amazing. 10/10 would recommend.
