In A Nutshell: -Wow, Sushi Takashi is definitely a really good Japanese sushi restaurant. -It's located in the heart of Chinatown off of Spring Mountain Rd. -I really liked the ambiance inside of the restaurant as it feels very cozy w/ private spaces like you'd find in Japan. -The menu is HUGE! -There's lots of pages filled w/ highly detailed information of all of their food, beverages & even little challenges (like their hidden wasabi rolls) & tips (like their how to properly use chopsticks etiquette). --The Salmon Skin Salad is something you should start off with b/c the flavors are amazing! -Their most famous dish is the Sushi Stairway (as seen in the photos below). -You get one piece of all the classic nigiri & each one tastes very fresh. -I also really like their own brewed soy sauce which is available on the table. Overall, this is one of my favorite sushi restaurants in Las Vegas.
