    This is not our first time dining here and not sure if its under newer management, but the portion of the food tonight was smaller and their billing system cant even do math right. Food issues 1. The yellowtail collar wasnt cooked the first time and when we told them, they just microwaved it for us. 2. We had an Ari Sashimi and there was bone in it. Which they ended up giving us some fatty tuna to compensate, where we just told them for awareness and not asking for free food. Billing problems 1. We had 6 adults and 1 child in our party, not guests of two. 2. We noticed they automatically charged us service fee, but we reviewed the menu and no where does it state where a service fee will be included when X amount is in your party. 3. We noticed the serviced was higher so we clarified with the server what was the percentage supposed to be and she replied 20% - Even though we noticed they charged us service charge after tax and not before AND not exactly 20%. Not even sure what number they punched in to get to that amount. We didnt want to make a scene and just agreed to never come back again. 4. They bring us back the signing receipt and in bold it reads, SERVICE FEE OF 18% WAS INCLUDED. This is when we waved down both servers to question about the over charging. - We explained to them our frustration, how do you tell us 20%, when its not even right to begin with, but we said we let it go, but then you show us a receipt that we are supposed signed with a different percentage amount on it. - At first the server kept insisted that they just charged 20% and that the final amount its correct. We corrected them by telling them that they shouldnt be charging us service fee after tax and even then the amount was incorrect. And now theres another receipt that reads 18% was included, which one is it? They proceed taking out the calculator and goes, oh the amount isnt right but we dont what happened and just walked away without telling us if they are going to refund or void the payment. After 5 minutes of watching them talking to someone from the kitchen and giggling amongst themselves, we just signed and left. As we walked out they just apologized and insist they dont know what happened. With that conclusion, it led to this review on Yelp to try spread the awareness of their shady business practices. And to be honest, I dont think they care and very disappointed because they were a good local non ayce sushi place prior to tonight.

    Ari Sushi: A Seafood-Lover's Paradise (Even for Those Who Can't Eat Seafood) As a seafood allergy sufferer, I'm always a bit apprehensive about dining at sushi restaurants. But Ari Sushi proved to be an exception. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When I mentioned my seafood allergy, they immediately suggested I try their lunch bento box special, which featured a variety of non-seafood options. I'm so glad I took their advice! The bento box came with a salad, miso soup, steamed rice, teriyaki beef, and chicken katsu. Everything was incredibly delicious and fresh. For the price, it was an absolute steal! The portions were generous, and I couldn't get enough of the iced tea. It was the perfect accompaniment to the savory dishes. Overall, Ari Sushi is a must-visit for both sushi lovers and those who can't eat seafood. The food is incredible, the staff is amazing, and the prices can't be beat. It's the perfect spot for a casual lunch or dinner.

    I visited Ari per a recommendation of a family member who lives in Vegas. 5 stars for everything: nice cut fish, fresh &warm rice, large selections, attentive staffs, the price. This text is to send few suggestions to the restaurant. The wasabi seems not spicy enough and does not mix well with soy sauce. The green icetea seems much thinner with no flavor than the other restaurants. The very basic and common desserts such us orange slides or jelly complementary would be nice. Most of the times guests are too full for a regular dessert order not that they would not want to pay for. My bill was nearly $180 before tips. Therefore, I would think it is fair for the restaurant offering few slides orange. My comments meant to share the positive feedback to the restaurant. Will come back soon in my very next trip to Vegas end of May 2024.

    I typically give 4 stars on first visits unless the experience is off the charts (5 stars) or subpar (3 stars or below). Pretty good sushi and food overall. I definitely would eat here again. Whether you're a local or visiting Las Vegas, you should definitely check this place out.

I read your review yesterday, and I was initially very confused and frustrated. A case such as this has never happened before, and this is largely due to the fact that the pos automatically charges 18% when charged for service. What I write to you may not influence your opinion of us in any way, but I wanted to write a few words. Opening this restaurant was to build rapport with our customers and have a friendly and honest business.Puzzled, I came back to the restaurant and checked a good portion of the receipts from the past 20 months. I found out yesterday that one of the servers has been messing with the tips. This is of course, my fault as well for failing to train my employees properly, but I want to promise that this will not happen again.I once again would like to apologize to you, and I have rightfully refunded your money. I know it will be difficult and reluctant, but I would love to see you back at the restaurant.
