Hi I purchased the AC200MAX have used it one time and it won't accept a charge. There are no error codes. Please advise or have someone contact me to troubleshoot it with me thanks 3-29-22

Bought their AC200MAX on amazon after I backed the EP500 on kickstarter. Beautifully constructed. Relatively light, given what it is. Initially unable to update the firmware but an app update fixed that. Its one of the few that has a 30 amp plug and love how it will integrate with our travel trailer. The only minor issue is the skimpy documentation paired with no support on the website and the company isnt tremendously helpful. Fortunately, most of the operation is fairly intuitive. Not a dealbreaker but that is what lowers it by a star. The biggest gap in documentation is hooking up multiple solar panels in series or parallel. Still highly recommend.
