        We called this company at the number we had for Pinnacle Electric. We had always been pleased with their service. The woman who answered the phone, Robin, said this company had bought Pinnacle. We needed a horizontal lighting bar installed in our bathroom. Robin said it would be a 2 hour minimum charge for $250. While that seemed pricy, we agreed. The person who arrived to install the lighting fixture did not have any identifying uniform on or any identifying information on his truck. He did the job well, taking about 10 minutes. When we got the invoice, it was for $350. Upon inquiring, we were told the extra $100 was for things such as a ladder, electrical tape, gas, mobile expenses, etc. These are things that would normally be included in any service call. We agreed to pay $50 more, and the matter is settled. Be very careful before using this company.

        Emergency call for an electrical hazards on multiple circuits, they were prompt and able to fix one circuit but missed a grounding failure that caused a lighting fixture to catch on fire.
