Infinity Solar Pool Heating BBB A+

Right after our panels were installed, they started leaking. They came out to fix them, but a year later, water is pouring from my roof again. They said we have a warranty, but no one answers the phone, and no one answers the emails. Is this company out of business? Was i scammed? Totally wasted $$ - do yourself a favor and go with someone else. Although I doubt you could get ahold of anyone here anyway.

Hired them a year ago and the panels are literally sliding off the roof. Unable to reach the company or Raphael, no response whatsoever. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

They installed solar panels for our swimming pool in 2019. They gave us a 10 year warranty on it, but the solar panel leaks a lot. Poor quality produce. The worse part is the poor customer service. It's very hard to get a hold of them and it takes about two-weeks to get in their schedule.

This company installed our solar water system as part of the swimming pool contract. The products used constantly breaks and this company used to call back and try to fix the issue. Their technician leaves parts in the roof and even forgot to strap or secure the panels. After a windy day, it would leak like a water falls. The last time they fixed it, few of the pvc panels were replaced. It was fixed for awhile. It is now leaking again and I climbed up my roof to see the problem. 2 pvc panels have leaks and I just found out that 1 panel was bypassed and just sitting there using up space. I tried calling by it goes through an answering device or voice mail but no calls were returned. Are they out of business? If they are not, then they need to get their stuff together.
