After months of looking for my desired travel trailer floor plan (which entailed numerous dealership visits beginning with Johnnie Walker Las Vegas and continued through California) and at least 30 actual "looks" at those various dealerships. Spencer from JW called me and said, "I think we have your travel trailer". And he was correct. We have our home-away-from-home with us now. I want to especially thank Spencer for having taken notes (several months ago) on what I was looking for and then following up with me. Also, to thank him for his professional and personal touch along this process and after. I want to thank Jody Ramos (I think they called him our RV Tech). When we spent the night over in our new TT, Jody was our guide. He went through the entire TT on what was what and how it worked. We were encouraged to try everything out. As promised, Jody was there the next morning to follow up on our evening and answered more questions. He assisted us with, or rather trained us, with the hook up of TT to tow vehicle. We never felt rushed along this process. Finally, thanks to all the JW employees we met along the way. Your smiles and friendly faces were appreciated.
