My truck broke down when driving through Vegas on a Friday night.. I found these guys and was able to get something set up the same day Saturday morning . They come to my hotel and did all the work in the parking lot. Ariel and Danny got me back up and running in a couple hours and now I'm able to keep my vacation on track. I can't speak on any of the other bad reviews but I had a great experience and would definitely use them again.

I called and immediately they booked me within the hour. I was happy but skeptical since I read some reviews about being late and not being very professional. The mechanic called me to confirm the appointment and said he would be here in 1 hour. An hour and a half has passed so I called to see where he was, he told me he was not going to do the job and that I should have received a call to reschedule. I told the mechanic, to not bother calling the dispatcher for another mechanic and that I would find someone else. Horrible customer service and they clearly dont care. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Steve the manger was amazing, saw a lot of reviews that their customer service was terrible but they were nothing but nice, understanding and patient. They even price matched me, I was going to have repairsmith fix my car, but they don't accept auto insurance. Steve asked what their pricing was and made sure to offer me an even lower price. I'm only 18 and had just gotten my first car and nipped a curb where the tire popped off the axle so I needed several things repaired. So I had a lot of questions, and was pretty anxious. I also didn't know all the answers steve needed about my car to start a quote and an appointment. He was professional and kindly instructed me where to find my tire length, and engine type. I highly recommend these guys! Mike was the mechanic who came out to fix my car he was even early. So thank you guys for giving the best service! Service: Steering & suspension repair
