DO NOT BOOK HERE! They closed the business WITHOUT canceling my reservation but thank goodness they didn't forget to charge my card over $3000.

UPDATE... I have lowered my review to 1 star. Unfortunately after towing the trailer for an additional 500 miles I experienced a bearing failure. When the shop pulled the remaining hub and bearing assembly’s the grease was very thin. It is unclear how this would be possible since they were just repacked. They replaced all bearings and one hub that was damaged when the entire wheel, tire and hub came off of the trailer. I continued on my trip across the United States, 2300 miles, with no further problems. I had asked Sahara if the bearings needed replaced during the first failure, they advised everything was fine and a repack would be sufficient. Obviously something was missed. Fortunately no one was hurt and little damage was sustained. I was out an additional $700 for work performed the second shop. I firmly believe that if Sarah had replaced the bearings during the initial repair I would not be updating this review. Service... Top notch. I had a trailer bearing fail about 100 miles form Vegas. Limped into town very late Friday night. Next morning started calling places for repair options. Sahara RV was able to get me in, and within an hour, diagnosed problem. I still had 500 miles left to return home. They were very accommodating to my situation. I returned the following weekend and pickup up my trailer. Made the return trip with zero issues. A shout out to Steve and the Birthday girl that keeps the service department in order. Thanks you again...

They look to be out of business. Tried reserving a travel trailer online, never got a confirmation. Called and kept sending me back to main menu. Drove to business to find it closed. Nothing there. Door says closed due to COVID however big for sale sign above the building.

Customer Service is excellent. We were looking for a part, called several places and could not even get a service person to call us back. The people at Sahara not only answered the phone but got our part next day. Thanks for excellent service.
