Outstanding customer service and support. We traded a Thor in for a lovely Newmar! Made a world of difference with the new RV trade! We had our Newmar warranty work serviced with Bryant Mendoza. He is the best technician we have ever encountered with owning an RV for five years. He does what he says and more! It is refreshing to see honesty and a service oriented company. NIRVC is the best we have seen in the RV industry; and we have been to a few for service. Thank you Bryant!

We are full-time RVers (@ShakaTravelGuys) traveling across the USA and Canada. NIRVC is our go-to for RV service when in Vegas. Disclosure: We did not buy our rig from NIRVC. Our recent visit started with Cher the friendly voice you hear when calling in for service. Cher is amazing. She went above and beyond the call of duty several times to make sure we were taken care of when in town. Disclosure: NIRVC is super busy. She checked our previous service record and let us know Dennis would be our service advisor. We arranged to have our roof air conditioner inspected and cleaned. Dennis let me know what they would do, how much it would cost and when the work would be done. Perfect! During this visit, we also requested exterior detailing (wash, wax, etc.) of our rig. Astro their new detailing manager and his team, Anthony and Jason made our rig look like new! A pleasant surprise was when we got inside the rig and the interior cab and floor had also been cleaned from top-to-bottom! Looked and felt like we had just taken delivery of a brand new rig. Overall, just another terrific experience with NIRVC. They will continue to be our go-to for RV service in the Vegas area.

The service department, and specifically Jonathan Fisher, have been great to work with as they took care of the warrantee work on our 2019 Dutch Star. My wife and I are full time in the coach, so it is our home, and having to leave it at the shop for service is an inconvenience and costs us dollars to stay in a hotel. Jonathan stepped up and did more than most shops would have done to make sure the time we had to be out of our coach was as minimal as possible.
