    We were on a cross country camping trip when we experienced a couple issues with our Airstream 19s electrical system. Charlie answered our call and told us we will take care of you and accommodated our travel schedule by scheduling as we were due to come through Las Vegas. Charlie is a highly motivated, competent and professional service manager. He has a can do attitude and makes things happen in a thorough and timely manner. Robyn was our technician for the work we needed. He has an excellent knowledge of the airstream electrical systems and goes beyond simply performing the necessary work. He checked out all of the systems we discussed, diagnosed and troubleshot additional items I discussed with him and corrected issues that would have required an additional service visit. The work they performed was done within a few hours to allow us to continue with our travel schedule. The work was completed on time, it was professionally performed and throughly discussed with us so we knew what had been done and how. I highly recommend any airstream owner seriously consider working with Charlie, Robyn and the rest of the team at Airstream of Las Vegas when maintenance is required even if it requires a specific trip to Las Vegas to do so.     They were friendly but misleading. I will say they are overpriced in their quotes. The quotes and the prices never added up and we're on a floating scale. I will be going to a different place to complete my project.

    Ive owned 3 RVs in the past, wont mention any brands but one was SEMI-CUSTOM build. Remembering my fathers thoughts that AIRSTREAM is the finest trailer manufacturer on the market, I gave them a shot. In 8/21 my Wife and I called AIRSTREAM OF LAS VEGAS in hopes to purchase an BASECAMP 20X. We were directed to NELSON BERRERA, Product Specialist. NELSON made us feel like Old Friends and began the information process (note I didnt say sales process). We felt as if NELSON knew our needs list and ordered us a 20X that day. Approximately 8 months later we were contacted by NELSON and told that our unit was coming in and set up an appointment to take delivery. In past purchases from other dealers/manufacturers my experiences were along the lines of : 1. Sign reams of paperwork rushed past me in a hurry by some finance guy, as if late for a very important appointment. 2. Get a walk around from someone/anyone, that may or may not know ANYTHING about the unit then 3. They show you the door. Not so at AIRSTREAM OF LAS VEGAS. We had just hit the jackpot. There was a red carpet and velvet rope set up to the entrance of our 20X. EVERYONE asked us if we needed water/coffee. We received an orientation of the building and facilities. We were introduced to the staff and the technical/service department. We were greeted at the 20X by BRENT LARSON, the Delivery Coordinator. BRENT knew EVERYTHING about our specific unit, EVERYTHING! My past experiences with receiving an RV from other manufacturers were very general and filled with statements like I dont know about THIS model but With BRENT every question specific to the unit was not only fully answered but also demonstrated. My wife throughly enjoyed the briefing and galvanized the notion in my mind that the correct choice of dealer and manufacturer was made. As with everything, there are issues. Even the Space Shuttle has issues before launch. Heres the difference though. It was observed that the microwave order had been delayed so BRENT, immediately introduced us to CHARLES ORGANISTA, AIRSTREAM Service Manager. CHARLES let us know immediately what could be done, provided us with options and allowed us to choose the course of action. BRENT walked out with a microwave as a loaner for us to use until our unit arrived and walked us through its use. As an aside.CUSTOMER SERVICE is HUGE with me. H U G E! I come from a world where Maam and Sir proceeds conversation, no matter the position of the other person. From a world where doors are opened for the customer and the customer isnt told but asked. I dont know what school AIRSTREAM sends their ppl to but it seems to have grilled this Old School notion into their heads. Thank You AIRSTREAM. BRENT took us to meet with the Airstream Shop Foreman ROBYN REYNOLDS. ROBYN went into great detail explaining the technical intimacies of our WIFI/modem unit and the how tos of obtaining information to provide to carriers and the likes. ROBYN was great! He didnt talk down to us and left both my wife and I feeling educated and capable. At this point, it was time to pay the bill so off to BOBBY MARTINO, Finance Manager we went. I had met BOBBY 3 or 4 years previous and frankly thats why I drove 500 + miles to return to AIRSTREAM OF LAS VEGAS. BOBBY is a great guy, a salesman when I first met him. He took me through dozens of AIRSTREAMS even after I had told him that I was just looking. He gave me his time. The most precious thing in the world is time. AnywayBOBBY explained EVER SINGLE PIECE OF PAPER WE WERE SIGNING and made sure we were comfortable with the process. BOBBY didnt rush us through! Again, BOBBY provided us with all the time we needed to absorb the financial aspects of the purchase. After the financial aspects were met, we were provided one last guided walk around of our unit by ROBYN and BRENT who gave us guidance as things like leveling, security, clearances etc. In total: 1. A GREAT EXPERIENCE! 2. GREAT PEOPLE! 3. GREAT PRODUCT! 4. GREAT SERVICE! 6 STARS!
