Everyone has been extremely pleasant and helpful with the exception of Jesse, community mgr for Sunrise Ridge. He doesn't return phone calls and he told me to hire a locksmith to drill out the mailbox lock since I didn't have a key. You can purchase new locks for $8 at the hardware store.

Ky does a wonderful job helping residents with any needs/ questions/ help. Just ask. Makes this community a great place to live.

I dont know how they have any decent reviews. They dont treat their customers well. Employees are lazy (specifically Atiana) and wont help the people that pay them. She needs to be moved to the back office where she doesnt need to interact with people. We drove all the way to the office to replace a malfunctioning garage remote and she refused to even entertain the idea of helping us and kept insisting we buy a new one. This was after we emailed them and they told us they would replace it. They never fight for us either any discrepancies with vendors and other things. They have too many clients and dont serve anyone well. We will be looking to replace our property management company as we are HOA board members. Be aware. If you are thinking about hiring this company, I highly suggest you dont.
