They basically scammed us into renting a place that is near unlivable due to construction. We asked them multiple times if they knew anything about the vacant lot and the construction literally started the same month that we moved in.

I have actually had a really great time renting from this property management company! Charles and Marva have both been nothing but accommodating and issues have been fixed very promptly.

Joan Chung is highly unprofessional. She scheduled and viewing with me and then blew me off..didn't answer my calls and didn't call back. The rental is still available and I qualify. Discriminating

I have used Brittany both to manage a rental property and to sell an investment property. She was great to deal with. She was knowledgeable and always got the job done. If you need to hire a property manager or Realtor I would definitely recommend Brittany Provencher.

Brittany is a terrible property manager. Never returns texts. When there are issues, it takes for ever for us to get a response.
