The way the maintenance "managers" are managing this place is poor quality at best, all they do is argue and fight, I heard one manager complain about the others use of illicit drugs and how crazy she gets when "on a good one", I've witnessed her hit the other while yelling and screaming and accusing the other of theft.b They have been "working" on a vacancy for over a month doing most of the work between 8pm and 4am which is very unprofessional, inconsiderate, and unbefitting of so called Management. The maintenance managers Justin Rigby and Debbie Combs haven't fixed any of the issues they were informed about leaving one apt partially without power and appeared to not have the basic knowledge of how to complete the task that is the job of maintaining the property, yet they have become managers. The actual property manager is nice enough and does a pretty fair job around the place but I don't think she realizes what the others are doing and how their behavior is affecting the residents.
