Home is nice, that's about it. Customer service is terrible. No one is ever in the office to answer calls. Emails are rarely answered by the property manager. Can't even get a hold of someone when your trying to PAY them! It's ridiculous. Plus all representatives you do get a hold off are across the country, cannot answer tenants questions, and are only there for new renters to lock them in. Work orders are mainly only done online and are many times cancelled without ever getting done or done half way. PLUS their lease agreement is drafted by Hitler. Basically kiss your deposit goodbye. No matter how hard you try to meet all requirements they do not cooperate with you. BEWARE and DO NOT LEASE FROM HAVEN HOMES.

Do NOT RENT with or Use this Company ... As stated in previous reviews you cannot get ahold of anyone in the office ! NOBODY to answer your questions or even assist with Payments. I'm trying to give notification and do things correctly to move and Haven homes won't even respond to a simple Rental verification from other agencies. Terrible customer service , Nobody in the physical office to answer ANY questions besides a 3rd party CS Agent working the front desk . I'm Reporting you guys to the Nevada Division of Real Estate because this is ridiculous.

Top notch company and people!!!! I got kicked out of my past rental BEFORE haven homes. They got me in a wonderful home in 1 week otherwise we wouldn’t have had a place to live. I filed 2 service calls in my 1 year lease and both were completed by the next day. My phone calls were answered right away or I was called back in the same business day. They answered any question I had. They even called me after hours a few times to help me with my issues. My rental was clean and ready for move in! The rent was very affordable. Jeanette was wonderful to work with. She was very knowledgeable and had answers for all my questions. She is very pleasant to talk to and remembered me and my family by name. Jorge and Ryan were always there for me. They were so kind when we first meet them to view the rentals. They were so kind to my wife as I was not able to be at the first viewing. They made her comfortable and treated her with respect. They went out of their way in several occasions. Meeting me on their own time after hours to help my family find a home in time if need. The knew me by name every time I called. Be kind to others and they will be kind to you. They are good people and deserve to be treated as such. As tenants you should respect the rental and the people managing the property. Thank you haven homes for finding us a home when we had nowhere to go. You are truly our life savers!!!!!

There really are no words to adequately describe just how incompetent the people at Haven Homes are. They literally don’t know what they’re doing and spend a lot of time apologizing for it. They are not worth your time and certainly don’t deserve your hard-earned money.
