This company has helped me on both ends - buying and selling. I am a very specific client who likes very specific things. They showed me probably 50 homes until we found our dream residence. The agent was patient and resilient. Never quitting until she was successful. Plus, they only charge a monthly flat rate fees of up to $150. And the sale of my home went even smoother. I have referred her to all of my friends, she is the best in town.

Moved into a property managed by this company just over a year ago, in August 2016. The approval and move-in process went smoothly and I was given all information I needed. I had a couple repair issues shortly after moving in which they resolved quickly. Over the past year I've called a few times, and while I've always gotten a voice mail, they responded quickly. I have had one repair issue that has taken several attempts to correct, but that is due to the repair company and not the realty company. In fact they have been diligent with the repair company to get the issue resolved. They have even called and apologized to me and sent out a different repair company to resolve the issue. If I ever need to move I'll definitely try to find a property they handle since they has been attentive and professional as compared to some companies I have dealt with in the past.

I have been renting a house for 5 years. I have nothing but good words to describe the property manager. 2020 has been brutal for all of us here in Las Vegas. She was more than kind and understanding through it all. I was one of many who got very sick from covid19. She was very compassionate and actually sent me different links to organizations that could help me in this time of need. All I can say is, thank you. You are the best.
