When our oven broke they worked with us to resolve it quickly and showed they cared. It took about 2 weeks to get a new oven because they had to order it and they kept us informed along the way.

They Had An Affordable Housing Listed For About A Year I Wanna Say. They Literally Made Alot Of Money From Low Income Single Mothers/ Or Fathers For This Property Because Im Sure They Didnt Just Take My Application Fee Money (50$) & They Never Responded To Messages Or Even Text, Called Or Responded Back && Not To Mention Mailbox Was Always Full. So I And Im Sure More People Who Applied For The Property And Paid The Application Fee Got Played && The Whole Time There Was No Listing.

If it were possible to give zero stars or negative stars, I would. From step one to moving out they are one of the hardest and most ridiculous realty companies to deal with ever. Dealing with Casey Powers is like pulling teeth. Shes passive aggressive, possibly bipolar, and has no business running any sort of property management company. She is completely inflexible and impossible to work with. Shes just decided to take advantage of the predatory housing market in Vegas.
Every step of the rental process is more painful than the last. Their screening process is invasive and its uncomfortable and bizarre to have to give out banking passwords just to rent a house.
Ultimately youll sign a lease so ridiculously written and illegal (you cant actually sign away your tenant rights in NV) that youre pretty much guaranteed that if anything goes wrong, itll end up in court or at the very least with lawyers involved.
I made the mistake of trying to be a nice person and good tenant. I let them know, with 2 months left on my lease that Id purchased a house and wouldnt be renewing my lease. Because Id already purchased the house Id said I was very flexible on moving out if they had someone wanting to move in etc to just let me know, and I could probably make it work.
After hearing nothing back from Casey or strawberry, I went to pay my next rent payment and found that I was blocked from paying it on the online tenant portal unless I paid an addition $4314 fee for breaking my lease early. At no point did I ever break my lease or give notice that I was going to do so. In fact after Casey was her usual inflexible self, Id said that I would continue the lease to the end and pay it to the end.
From this point I never heard a single word from Casey or Strawberry despite multiple attempts to contact them and resolve this. Other than automated threats from them about reporting me to credit bureaus. After being a model tenant thats never missed a payment, always been early with rent, and isnt even in the country half the time the repayment for trying to be courteous is to have these criminals try to steal $4,000 from me. Its despicable and theyre being reported to the appropriate housing authorities in Las Vegas.
Steer clear of renting any properties managed by this company!
