They came out to do air conditioner maintenance on two units. Told me my pan rusted and could mess up my roof. They should me pictures. They advices I need two new conditioner. Got a second opinion. The second company told me my pan was plastic. That I did not need new conditioners. I felt they were trying to take advantage of an old lady.

I called them and they showed up pretty quickly in under an hour and a half. The guy was nice and knew what he was doing. I felt confident when he left that the job was fixed properly.

After finding that my heating unit was arguably unsafe to operate, we negotiated a more than reasonable price for a full new HVAC install. The entire extraction and re-install took less than a single day. They took great care to lay down plastic to mitigate any mess through the rest of the house and did a great job on cleanup at the end of the day.
