I was assigned Air Squad through my American Home Shield home warranty. If you know anything about home warranties, you know that the vendors are usually subpar, and I have never had a good experience, until today. I submitted my request, Googled the company before paying AHS and was stoked to see their 4.5 star rating. Someone called me about 20 minutes after I submitted my request and told me Mark could come out the next day. Mark was fantastic. He called to let me know he was on the way (well within the window), took a look at my issues and explained he was able to take care of them under the warranty policy, on the spot. Mark had all the tools and parts to replace my leaking angle-stops, and my leaking kitchen faucet. He is super professional and friendly. It's always stressful when dealing with a home warranty company but if you were assigned Air Squad, I hope my review relieves a little of your stress. I will be adding Air Squad to my list of vendors to use for general needs.

Hello, Ivan came to check out the water leakage when he told me there was a crack on the toilet bowl which is why there was water leakage and the toilet will need to be replaced. I asked Ivan how that would happen? And Ivan stated, I dont know, but you need a new toilet. Later the home warranty staff informed me, Ivan stated on the report that its physical damage caused by an individual and therefore my claim will be denied. Ivan lacks integrity due to the fact Ivan TELLING ME he does not know why there was a crack on my toilet bowl but telling my home warranty it was caused by someone which is why there was a crack. I have filed a complained against Ivan to his supervisor. This is unacceptable. If you truly think this was caused by an individual then honesty would be appreciated instead of me asking him if he can come today to replace the toilet & Ivan going along with what I was saying.
