I never give reviews, but I felt this may save some other unsuspecting home owner from an expensive, cobbled plumbing job that looks more like a DIY than a professional job. This is the owner of Rebels response for covering the water line with $30 pipe insulation I suggested: It is not at all the $20.00 cost for the insulation. It is the point,. They refused even a dirt cheap remedy for their unprofessional job. 1st picture you see is a professional plumbing job at my office. 2nd two pictures are what Rebel did. They had to come out 3 times to correct Basic toilet installation, though installation instructions for the 3 toilets I had installed had clear instructions even I myself as a non-plumber could understand.

This is what I call excellent service with quality. Today 28 Dec 2023 at 10.30am Mr. Richard came to our house view our AC installation and make any adjustments if necessary. After he had done that, I of course offered him a cup of coffee. This man is truly very respectful, very friendly and helpful. This says a lot to me because Mr. Richard is clearly appreciated by his employer Mr. Johnson. My highly appreciation and respect for this company called Rebel Refrigeration here in Las Vegas they treats employees with appreciation as they should and do apparently. I will definitely see this company again in the spring. They are very welcome. Wishing you all happy holidays and happy 2024. Mr. Johnson the employer himself, my appreciation to him personally because he treated me as his customer with great respect and answered my phones as quickly as possible. This is how it should be customer service and customer friendliness is the key to success. We are a Dutch Military family with a code of honor and protocols. On the phone, they said that they do leak detection services, so I scheduled a service call. I waited all day for their tech to arrive, and when he did he almost immediately said "Oh, we don't do that, I can't do anything for you, I'm sorry." 2 stars instead of 1 because at least the tech was honest, but what a waste of time!

They handled a complex leak situation for us, coordinating the water shutoff with the medical facility in our area and sticking with the original bid even though there were complications.

I called Rebel over the 4th of July holiday when my a/c stopped working. They were quick to make it out despite the holiday and diagnosed the problem. The part store was closed so they came back the next morning with the part needed and had my system back up and running before noon the next day. Every technician involved was amazingly nice and professional. I highly recommend Rebel and will definitely be using them again for future needs.
