As a recent transplant to Las Vegas ( 4 years ago May 15th), we knew we should service our AC unit but had never at to do it before. So after asking people in our condo and looking online, we selected Sun Country and couldn't BE HAPPIER! So professional, showed us what he was doing, very knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend Sun Country Heating and Cooling. We will be calling them back when it comes time to service our heater before winter! Thank you. for a wonderful first time experience.

Our HVAC purchase and installation experience was Excellent thanks to Sun Country Heating and Cooling. I spent a lot of time researching and reading reviews from various sources since I knew replacing my two (2) HVAC units was going to be a big expense. I wanted it done right, with quality equipment that will last many years to come, and further have high operational efficiencies to counter these rising electrical power and natural gas costs that we are all having to contend with. Ray at Sun Country Heating and Cooling was absolutely great to work with. He was patient and helpful- with no sales pitch at all. Ray was more than willing to answer all my questions (and there were many), since his HVAC knowledge and experience quickly became obvious in our conversations. To my shock, my research found the price of HVAC equipment has risen approximately 65% in the last three (3) years alone. Ray helped me find whatever NV Energy incentives and manufacturer rebates available to help lessen the blow. I know it is hard to trust other peoples reviews and comments, but very glad I did in my case. I feel compelled to share my excellent experience with others since Sun Country did a great job. From the front office to the skilled technicians doing the actual installation work, all spoke highly of the company- that Ray treats them well. Its been a month since my early March 2024 installation. No issues at all! Thank you, Ray and Sun Country! --Tom & Martha M. [My rant- Absolutely ridiculous what the current federal administration has done to increase the financial burdens on hard working homeowners needing to make home improvements, let alone trying to manage everyday costs. Please be aware how you vote. Federal energy policies, increasing taxing burdens, uncontrolled spending and incredulous mounting debt, pandering for new voters through open boarders while intentionally jeopardizing the Countrys security, safety and health, and literally supporting the drug and sex trafficking is despicable. These policy consequences will continue to be imposed on the actual taxpayers and the purchasers of products]. Just trying to forewarn you of the serious HVAC costs which have little to do with the good and fair HVAC companies. Good luck to all. Stay safe and healthy.
