Finally, a Pilates studio for real people! I started taking Pilates three years ago from my local community center where everyone was young, thin, and in shape. The instructor just treated everyone the same regardless of fitness level which caused me an injury. My next studio experience was one where the instructor was more interested in my payment than my progress. I got in shape but failed to meet my fitness goals. Then I met Mary and Katie. They are great at what they do plus they are friendly, helpful, and know how to give you a great workout. If you want an exercise experience with a community of positive-thinking people who look forward to seeing you and celebrating your fitness successes, this is the place. I'm a lifer ... and now my teenage daughter is asking to go, too!
