Shine Alternative Fitness

This review is only pertaining to the Flexibility class since that’s the only class I have experience with. I was looking for an alternative to yoga that would allow for deeper stretching and not so much “flow”. I was very happy when I found out Shine offered a 75 minute flexibility class for all levels. Russ has done a great job anytime I needed accommodations or had billing questions. Highly recommend Shine!

Really unique space: a gym, a studio and so much more. The instructors are enthusiastic, extremely skilled and knowledgeable. My daughter primarily takes aerial silks with Michael and he could not be a better instructor. He’s amazing at his craft, motivates and communicates well with his students and is charismatic and hilarious. She has had excellent classes with Sarah and Kevin also. The manager and owner are friendly and welcoming and educate me about the best deal for our needs. I cannot recommend this studio enough.

Great experience! Great instructor, fun and a good workout too. Definitely would recommend it to anyone looking for a good party spot or something to do with a group.
