Always helpful people to greet you at the doors and not big sticklers on taking back broken items that don't work out, even if it's a day or two after the deadline to return items. They definitely have a much more flexible return policy then some other big box retailers like Best Buy. Will always go here for my office supplies and some of my computer needs.

I just had a veryI just had a very weird experience at this office depot in Arroyo crossing they dont want my money. I went in Looking for a computer to buy I found one that I was more than interested inThe young lady was very nice and helpful. But when i asked if i could look at the box. she had to go ask the floor manager. She then came back And said that i couldn't look at the box until after i purchased the pc.i then said i will hand over my wallet to make sure i dont steal it.the manager said no.so i told the lady to have a nice day and left. She is the only reason they get 2 stars. I do not recommend a purchas sight unseen. If i want that i would use amazon.

Employee was very childish and rude to me. I tried to print and laminate a couple photos, and I had zero clue of the process, cost, etc. I should have done my own research, but the employee that was helping me should have given me some kind of notice of the costs before she started printing them. She clearly did not want to be there, as she continuously talked about how this would cost a lot of her time and that she had many other things to do. After she printed the photos and rang me up, I saw the cost for the first time and told her I couldn’t afford this. I do understand myself that I wasted her time (and mine), but it’s no way to respond and treat a customer by throwing a childish fit exclaiming that Office Depot would never serve me again… Does she even have that kind of power? I thanked her for her time despite her unacceptable attitude and left. I called the manager soon after, and he was very nice and told me he would have a chat with that employee.
