Louie's Noodle Shop

The noodle are fresh and tasty.  Make sure to call in first before heading over for spinach noodle or egg white noodle, because I always forget to call ahead and they are always sold out.  I highly recommend this place if you love noodles.

I love to go there and get fresh noodle. There are many kind of noodle there. Everything is good there especially rice noodle. The only problem is the lady in the front can't understand English very well. I just point at the pictures on the wall and she wrote down how much my total is. Cash only also.

This was a great find in Las Vegas.  The noodles and wrappers are second to none.  We always stop by to restock when in Vegas.

Don't be fooled by the small storefront. The noodles are delicious and I can't wait to come back in the future to bring more back to Chicago. I ordered the dumpling wrappers, stir dry noodles (no need to boil before using), rice noodles (they ran out of the rolls but still tasty) and won ton noodles. Cash only!

What a find! Was looking for a place to buy rice noodles and stumbled upon this place. It is in a commercial area and limited parking. I got there at about 9:30 am on a Thursday and there was one customer ahead of me. The place is super small. There was three of us inside the room and it was crowded. Basically a grab and go kinda place. They have pictures of their products on the wall with a signage to the left that tells you the price. A worker from the back comes out to wait on the customers. You tell them what you want and they go to the back to grab them and bring them out to you. I bought fresh rice noodles ($3) and spinach noodles ($4). The rice noodles come in a 2lb bag and the spinach noodle is a 1lb bag, which was frozen. They don't seem to speak English so you can just point to the ones you want and tell them how many. Definitely a hidden gem.
