My spicy pork dumplings were completely raw. I ate 2 before I realized it tasted funny and had a terrible after taste. So I opened them up, and saw that the meat was completely raw and the dough was still stretchy and uncooked.

I used to like coming to this place. The food is good. The reason Im not going back is because I was observing the three ladies in the kitchen while they were preparing the orders. I was glad to see they were wearing a mask and gloves. Then I realized they were wiping the counter, adjusting their glasses, rolling up their sleeves, touching different surfaces and not once did they change their gloves; worst of all, they would grab the noodles with their hand, while wearing the same gloves, to place the noodles in the bowlsnever going back there!

Enjoyed my lunch here with a friend. The noodle was fresh. The seafood soup was on point. Would love to come back.

I highly recommend Shang Mian. FOOD - Afternoon lunch: Pork Dumplings, Pork Belly Noodle, Beef Pancake, Cucumber Salad and Shang Fried Rice... so much flavor, so much food and at a great price! ENVIRONMENT - The restaurant is clean, has a modern open esthetic and they play contemporary lively music. SERVICE - Exceptional. Anthony was out server and he is very polite and personable, knows all the flavors on menu, has great eye contact and a nice smile. He took our order and offered pairing suggestions and our food was delivered quickly. It was a very pleasant and enjoyable lunch experience. Thank you to the whole restaurant team. We'll done.
