When you order a pick up for 5pm, don't have it ready at 4:45pm and have the food sit around for 15 minutes to get cold. Food is great, when hot, service & management at this location is terrible.

This Panda is like most in many ways, but the one thing I cant stand is that since covid you have to ask for all the condiments and eating utensils. They will send you with just your ordered only. no soy sauce, no hot sauce no chopsticks no forks, unless you ask. They dont even offer it to you. You have to figure it out when you get home that you got nothing. My wife and I went today and she ordered teriyaki chicken and can you believe they left out the teriyaki sauce? I had to go back in the store and ask them for it. When I ask if they forgot to include it, they said that we must request. Think about it. I asked for teriyaki chicken. Shouldnt it come with teriyaki sauce? What is teriyaki chicken without the teriyaki? Um Grilled chicken, maybe? The worst part is even after you ask for everything individually, they still tried to get away with giving you one little small packet. These guys dont even give out fortune cookies anymore! Unbelievable!!!
