I tried to call in to schedule an appointment and I was asked about my insurance, which I gave and she told me I couldn’t book an appt until it was verified and I told her than I will pay cash so I could get in ASAP. She was so rude and only concerned about getting me off of the phone she said “I wouldn’t even have an appointment but I can get you in at 11am on Friday” I then asked for what appt because she didn’t even ask what service I was interested in! You might want to get another receptionist!

IAOSN is such a warm and inviting therapuetic environment! Clean but not sterile. Dr. Frank was personable and professional. My pain level has notablly decreased, and I have only had one treatment!

Very professional and friendly staff. The pain from my MS and spinal injury have been greatly mitigated since I began my treatment here. I receive my acupuncture and Gua Sha and leave this place feeling great every time.

Top notch experience. I have seen Dr. Mike and Dr. Rachel for a few years now. They are professional, VERY knowledgeable, courteous and both of their offices are meticulous. I was a bit apprehensive about acupuncture as a whole and I will say I have been completely turned around. Definitely the most positive experience I have had with any medical professional. Their rates are beyond reasonable. I cannot day enough great things about the staff and the offices!!! A+++++
